The team tracks down an international terrorist cell that is set on destroying the global financial system. Working undercover on a bank heist, a member of the team is able to act as part of the terrorist group to provide intel to the operatives outside. The cell is revealed to have ties to a corrupt money-laundering operation in the third world. The action-packed ride intrudes on the personal lives of Chloe and the others.
